Welcome to VELTEX RECOVERY GROUP

Empowering Your
Journey to Sobriety

Substance abuse and alcohol or drug addiction are serious issues that many young and adult women are faced with. Unfortunately, few receive the treatment they need for it.

At Veltex Recovery Group in Mt. Hope, WV, recovery begins the moment someone reaches out— with understanding, dignity, and hope.

We remove barriers to recovery by offering individualized, compassionate care for women — where every stay is guided by medical necessity, not fixed timelines.

What we offer

Our Treatment Programs

ASH

Short-Term Detox
(3.7 Level of Care):

A safe place to begin recovery. Ash provides 24-hour medical support and stabilization as women start their healing journey. The average length of stay is 3 to 10 days, based on medical necessity. From ashes, a new strength rises.

EMBER

Residential Treatment
(3.5 Level of Care):

A warm, steady environment where clarity and balance return. Ember includes structured therapy, counseling, and peer support in a stable setting. The average residential stay is 28 to 42 days, guided by medical necessity. Steady warmth rebuilds clarity, purpose, and balance.

FLAME

Extended Recovery
(3.1 Level of Care):

A supportive space to grow independence and long-term stability. Flame offers additional time, structure, and guidance to deepen recovery. The average extended-recovery stay is 90 to 120 days, based on clinical need. Igniting lasting independence through guidance and growth.

FEYNX

Alumni / Graduation Stage

A renewed beginning. Women who complete treatment at Veltex become part of the FENYX community—symbolizing renewal, strength, and transformation. The FENYX Alumni Program provides continued support, connection, and encouragement after treatment, helping women stay grounded in recovery and thrive far beyond their time with us.

Veltex provides licensed, women-focused Substance Use Disorder treatment through three levels of care:

  • Ash — 3.7 Detox
    Average stay: 3–10 days
Safe, medically supported detox and stabilization.

  • Ember — 3.5 Residential Treatment
    Average stay: 28–42 days
Structured, therapeutic care that builds clarity and stability.

  • Flame — 3.1 Extended Recovery
    Average stay: 90–120 days
Support for rebuilding independence and strengthening long-term recovery.
Women may enter Flame even if they completed earlier treatment elsewhere.

We also offer MAT when clinically appropriate, life-skills development, peer support, health management, and ongoing recovery support after discharge.

Each woman’s stay is based on medical necessity, not fixed timelines.
Average lengths of stay are:

  • Ash (Detox): 3–10 days

  • Ember (Residential): 28–42 days

  • Flame (Extended Recovery): 90–120 days

Your treatment team will help determine what level of care — and what length of stay — best supports your recovery.

Yes, family can stay involved — but in-person visitation is not allowed, unless required by Child Protective Services (CPS).
CPS visits are coordinated through our case management team or a peer recovery coach to ensure safety and structure.

Families may stay connected through:

  • Approved phone communication

  • Updates coordinated through staff

  • Participation in supportive conversations when appropriate

Our top priority is maintaining a safe, stable environment for every woman in treatment.

Bring comfortable clothing, hygiene items, any prescribed medications in original pharmacy packaging, and essential documents (ID, insurance card if available).
A packing checklist can be provided during admission.
We maintain a safe environment, so certain items may be restricted.

Recovery doesn’t end at discharge. Many women continue their journey through our FYNEX Alumni Program, which focuses on ongoing support, connection, and long-term stability.

Your team will help you build a personalized aftercare plan that may include:

  • Outpatient services

  • Peer recovery support

  • MAT continuation (if appropriate)

  • Community resources

  • Relapse-prevention planning

Veltex provides a licensed, structured environment where women can stabilize, gain clarity, and begin rebuilding their lives. Each level of care is designed to meet you where you are — whether you need detox, residential support, or extended recovery time.

Our approach combines:

  • Licensed clinical care

  • Peer support

  • Life-skills development

  • Daily structure

  • Health and wellness support

Every part of the program is built to help you feel safe, supported, and capable of moving forward.

Our programs are effective because they are:

  • Individualized — every stay is guided by medical necessity

  • Licensed and medically supported

  • Designed specifically for women

  • Structured for stability and safety

  • Built on compassionate, relational care

Deep recovery happens when women feel safe, supported, and understood. That’s the foundation of everything we do at Veltex.
