From the moment you arrive, our team is here to make you feel welcome and supported. Intake begins with a full medical and clinical assessment, where we learn about your history, needs, and goals. Together, we create a personalized treatment plan that is reviewed and updated weekly.
In the first days, you’ll be introduced to your recovery community and begin attending group sessions, individual counseling, and life skills classes. Women also take part in 12-Step meetings, parenting support, and wellness activities such as meditation. Practical guidance is available, too, including help with budgeting, healthy eating, and resume building.
You can expect a structured daily schedule designed to support healing of the body, mind, and spirit, while providing opportunities to build confidence, reconnect with family, and prepare for long-term recovery.
