West Virginia Family Support Resources
 
															A free, 8-week support group for families and friends of individuals dealing with substance use issues. Small, private groups (≤10 members), offered both online and in-person. 
Safe, confidential environment to share experiences, learn coping tools, and access resources.
 
															A range of resources addressing the full substance use disorder (SUD) continuum—prevention, intervention, treatment, recovery—funded by SAMHSA State Opioid Response (SOR) program, managed by WV Department of Human Services, Bureau for Behavioral Health.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), peer support, education, community outreach, one-on-one and group counseling, medical evaluations, vaccinations, rapid testing, and more.

WV Family Support & Rehabilitation Services (WVFSRS): A social services agency offering family-centered programs like Phoenix Rising and Shirley Temple for behavioral health and recovery support.
Regional Organizations: Ascension Recovery Services, Jacob’s Ladder Sober Living Solutions, Valley Healthcare System – offering recovery support, counseling, legal assistance, relapse prevention.
